This is such an excellent list for me to keep on hand and so I will bookmark it.

I am hearing so much about the benefits of turmeric as a outer beauty aide. In fact when a friend visited she reached for my tub of turmeric and did a facial. And when I was in a large Indian supermarket here in NYC, I noticed a number of the cosmetics had turmeric in it - how interesting. I'm also hearing more about chick pea flour.

I didn't know gulab meant rose. Hmmmmm. I picked up my favorite sweet treat at the Indian bakery - gulab jamum. Now I know why it tastes so great.

Thanks a million for this list. Rated up and more. Yay!
